Although all poetry may not be love poetry, still I wish to inspire love through all my most enlightened expressions. Should any of my muse reflect the darker nature of life's many experience, this does not mean the inspiration of love in not my primary motive. One must know and see all aspects of life in order to love fully, for only through suffering a broken heart do we come to know deepest love which is always realized through deepest loss.

Yes we are apart, oceans they divide
Will it always be this way
Hoping, dreaming, we each the other's fantasy
God He is not saying, not answering why.
Yet everytime I think of you
Joy fills my heart and soul
My deepest wish to be with you
In your arms, your heart, your embrace.
Is it really madness that we so love
Or is the whole world crazy
Being each without the other
Neighbor killing neighbor, for God and country?
Perhaps there is a reason
God brought our hearts together
To show the world there is a way
No matter what the distance or divide, to love one another.
