Over 50,000 dogs have been mass murdered in China with plans to kill over half a million (500,000) additional dogs. A media black out has been announced to stop the outside free world from witnessing this atrocity. This mass extermination of dogs constitutes a canine genocide of horrific proportions!
The World Health Organization (WHO) has a long standing policy regarding canine culling as not being effective in the control of rabies specifying that a vaccination program is the most effective control measure for rabies. Therefore the culling of hundreds of thousands of dogs in China is not being done to control rabies, but is allegedly being done for profit from the fur and meat which is marketed. This may bring millions of dollars in profits to the corrupt communist government officials using a rabies scare to defraud the public and justify killing hundreds of thousands of dogs.

The founder of Project K9, Terry Lynch, urges that all dog lovers take action. Lynch says, "What is happening in China amounts to the mass extermination and genocide of dogs for profit by corrupt communist government officials. America and the free world need to take a stand against the killing of hundreds of thousands of dogs which are being clubbed to death, often in front of their owners, including children, a barbaric act which terrorized pet owners!
Lynch, who is acutely aware of the conditions which exist in China says that, "In China families own pets just as they do in America. They use dogs as companions and as guard and service dogs, just as in other countries. This usage is a valuable resource to all Chinese people. When the communist government uses rabies as an excuse to kill hundreds of thousands of dogs, one must realize that this is done for profit by corrupt officials as it has long been established and is generally known that rabies is best controlled through a vaccination program. Also rounding up all dogs, many which have been vaccinated, and bludgeoning them to death in front of their owners is NOT how you control rabies; rather, this is how you supply the market with cost free corpses to process for fur, meat and bone meal calcium based products!"
Lynch urges that everyone realize that the communist Chinese are corrupt and killing dogs for profit, not because this is an effective method to control rabies. The methodology being employed, sending out patrols armed with clubs, taking dogs from their owners and killing dogs indiscriminately, proves that the communist thugs doing this are not interested in anything except how much money they can make by killing dogs!
Lynch says that the free world has had the wool, or rather fur, pulled over their eyes by a brutal communist regime which has no respect for life, either that of dogs or animals. Lynch urges that the major media of radio and television realize what is going on in China and respond to this killing of canines for profit by denouncing the communist regime and calling for its ousting!
Lynch has posted a variety of ways people who are concerned about this issue may help. Also Lynch has prepared a number of tools that people can use to raise awareness in the hope that this will educate and inform the general public and that the voice of many sounding the alarm in harmony may bring an end to such barbaric mass exterminations of dogs in China.

Lynch is no stranger to promotions as related to canines and animals rescue. Lynch says that, "What is happening now to dogs in China could very well happen to people tomorrow unless the world joins together, denounces the mass extermination of man's best friend and refuses to trade with a government that sanctions such cruel and inhumane acts!"
