This following letter has been posted to the Montgomery Advertisers and other media to educate, inform and enlighten the voting public, urging that the ditch Reese McKinney, Jr. come Nov. 7th, 2006.

Dear Editor:

Reese McKinney, Jr. is NOT my Probate Judge! His actions with respect to both me and my dear mother represent corruption of the highest order and I would caution the good people and citizens of Montgomery, County against keeping this man upon the bench.

It is my opinion that Reese Mc Kinney Jr. made a virtual slave of my dear mother, La Faye S. Lynch, that he has unjustly made greedy, self-serving lawyers her guardian/conservator. No person alive is more qualified and better able than me to make rational, sound, reasonable and loving decisions with respect to my own mother's health and welfare This is why she, herself, nominated me to be her guardian/conservator in 1995.

To Judge Reese McKinney I would like to personally say that LOVE is a big factor which you apparently overlooked. If LOVE does not have an overpowering weight in my mother's case, then you have no more reason being a Probate County Judge than Satan has being king of Heaven!

Reese McKinney, Jr. in effect made a slave out of my dear mother and everyone in Montgomery County needs to be made aware of the fact this man is a corrupt public official. He and others have through the court profited from his rulings and I believe if an investigation were made it would be found that my mother's situation is but one of many which have resulted in the exploitation of the elderly by nursing homes and their associations with corrupt judges and lawyers all to the detriment of families!

Reese McKinney, Jr. should be in jail for what he has done to my dear mother! He certainly should not be a judge of anything! The good and decent people of Montgomery County must know that Reese McKinney Jr. is part and parcel of a corrupt elder care system, that if he will sign papers to have me locked away, he will do the same for anyone; that if he will put my dear mother's life, income and property into the hands of greedy, self-serving lawyers and for-profit corrupt nursing homes, he will do the same for anyone else, that no one's freedom and liberty are secure in Montgomery County so long as Reese McKinney, Jr. is sitting on the bench!

As I said, this man has about as much business being a Probate Judge as Satan has being ruler of Heaven! He lacks the wisdom to tell the difference between a liar and a man of truth. His primary motive seems not to be public service so much as keeping his job so he can have his hand in the cookie jar of our elder parents and grandparents!

Shame on Reese McKinney, Jr. and anyone who gives him a single vote on Nov. 7th! Shame! Shame! Shame!

Sincerely,
Terry Lynch

Elderly Citizens

Judge Reese McKinney, Jr. (R) sits upon the Montgomery County Probate Court, in Montgomery, Alabama. When he comes up for re-election, everyone is urged to vote AGAINST Probate Judge Reese McKinney, Jr., who has imprissoned La Faye S. Lynch, an elderly woman, against her will and expressed directives, making her a virtual slave of the State of Alabama without permitting, recognizing or demanding her right to appear in court at her own hearing to determine her fate! It is cruel and inhumane for a Probate County Judge to declare any person a ward of the state and not permit that person to be present at their own hearing. The reason for this is that everyone deserved the right to face their accusers and that non-appearence results in other people lying, presenting false testimony and/or other acts which can deceive the court, which is exactly what happen in the hearing to determine the fate of La Faye S. Lynch.

Judge Reese McKinney, Jr. also signed a document to have Terry Lynch, the son of La Faye S. Lynch and creator of this site, arrested in the middle of the night by police who came to his home, hand-cuffed him and falsely imprisoned him on trumpted up charges made by hostile relatives. Any Judge that is so blind he can be manipulated to permit such injustice should not be serving upon the bench! Lynch was forced to sign documents against his will, had his personal privacy invaded and was imprisoned against his will for several days. He was then escorted by police into court, chained and shackled, disgraced, dishonered and defamed in public! This was done despite the fact Lynch had never hurt anyone in his life and had no criminal record whatsoever! This was done by hostile relatives for the expressed purpose to hurt and harm Lynch, to defame Lynch before the court and thus to manipulate the court, such that Lynch would not be granted guardian/conservotor of his mothor. This resulted in financial benefit for those same hostile relatives, the elder care system and the probate court. The fact that Judge Reese McKinney, Jr. participated in this miscarriage of justice disqualifies him from any further service as a judge.

Terry Lynch has concluded that his arrest and imprisonment under false pretense was done to cause defamation and to prejudice the court against him that relatives could gain custody of his mentally retarded brother, Larry Lynch, acquire his government benefits of over $10,000.00 per year! Also by making La Faye S. Lynch a ward of the State of Alabama, this enabled non-relatives to be appointed by Judge Reese McKinney Jr. as guardian/conservator, to then raid her estate, and gain power and control of her government benefits of over $40,000.00 per year, plus seek to get the family home. These collective actions by the court resulted in the destruction of the Lynch family and the loss of its home. Because Judge Reese McKinney Jr., participated in this injustice he should not be re-elected! In fact it is Lynch's opinion that this judge should be disbarred!

In 2006!

Given the fact that Reese McKinney, Jr., participated in this miscarrage of justice and abuse of human rights and continues to sit upon the bench as Probate Judge in Montgomery County, Alabama, Lynch hereby urges everyone to vote against this corrupt official who is a family destroyer and has acted with prejudice, greed and corruption to hurt, harm and destroy Lynch's family. No such person should be a judge or serve in public office!

In this regard it should be noted that Lynch is also the author of many letters and on-line publications which have expressed political opinions that are liberal and progressive in nature; that the attempt by hostile relatives who acted through Reese McKinney, Jr., a Republican, to incarcerate Lynch under false pretense and upon trumpted up charges may be viewed as an attempt to censor Lynch, to destroy his reputation as an advocate for the poor, for black people and for those less fortunate people, and to hurt and harm all who dare to stand up for the rights of the elderly and mentally challenged people! It is thus mandated that Reese McKinney, Jr. has lost his right to serve as a judge and Lynch urges the public to ditch Reese McKinney Jr. and elect a more qualified person for the position he holds.

Rosa Parks taught us all to take a stand!

America will not be free until all Americans, black and white, rich and poor, including the elderly, enjoy the right to appoint their own guardian/conservator!

America will not be free until all Americans, black and white alike, rich or poor, including the elderly, are free to appoint their own guardian/conservator!

Rosa Parks may be dead, but during her life she inspired all Americans to stand up for their rights and dignity.

Many people are not aware of how as an elderly black woman Rosa Parks continued to struggle to maintain her dignity. There were those who sought to exploit her for their own financial gain. Her name was used without permission by OutKast as the title of a song. Someone even sought to auction the domain name www.rosaparks.com.

Our elderly continue to be exploited, especially in Alabama. Did you know that no one in Alabama, black or white can specify who their guardian/conservator will be? That means if you are a black person or poor, a rich, white probate judge can take away control of your entire estate, your home, your income, everything, and give power and control of your whole life to rich, white lawyers!

This is exactly what occurred to my dear mother, La Faye S. Lynch. She has been exploited by the corrupt elder care system in Alabama. This has involved white judges, lawyers and nursing home administrators and workers. She has basically been treated worse than if she were black. In fact, apparently being an elderly person in Alabama dooms you to a form of exploitation worse than any civil rights abuse.

My dear mother is now a virtual prisoner, a slave. If we as free, loving, caring Americans want to do justice to Rosa Parks' memory we must stand up together and demand that the law be changed that every person in Alabama, black or white, rich or poor, may specify and designate their own guardian/conservator.

The Mighty Oak: An inspirational poem about a young child who is inspired to grown strong and be couragious like Rosa Parks

Until the people of Alabama rise up and together change the law so that probate judges can no longer treat people like property, treat people like slaves, then everyone in Alabama will be no better off than they were before Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat to a white man. We all have had our seats as elderly citizens taken away by the power and control granted to probate judges! This is an outrage which should arouse all citizens to cry out that their rights be restored!

As I mourn the passing of Rosa Parks I pray that my mother will one day be set free from her enslavement, that the people of Alabama will see the light and stop the exploitation of elderly Americans. This is an opportunity for Alabama to step out of the past into the future that all our people, regardless of race, economic status or age be granted the right to determine who will be their guardian/conservator should God grace their lives with longevity.
