The American Dream

Please help restore the American dream for an elderly woman and her dearest son

La Faye S. Lynch, 88, and her dearest son, Terry Lynch, lost the American dream after the elderly Mrs. Lynch was diagnosed with dementia. The response of many people in positions of power, influence and authority was cruel, inhumane, down right evil and certainly unChristian. Please give a helping hand and help restore what was lost by the Lynch's. Thank you!

Alabama Probate Judge financially rapes/robs Army Widow/family of it's American Dream

Widow of Army officer and her youngest, dearly loved son, loses American dream after she becomes victim of greedy, corrupt probate judges and lawyers in Montgomery, Alabama.

We are born and raised to believe in the American dream, that if we work hard, that if we believe in God and country, if we sacrifice our lives for both, that we can live free from oppression, good and happy lives, protected by the U.S. Constitution and laws that are fair and just unto all.

Unfortunately the American dream which my parents believed in and raised me to cherish was shattered when my dear mother became ill and was diagnosed with dementia. This is a terrible disease of the elderly which robs its victims of their minds and cognitive abilities. But it was not this that destroyed the American dream of my parents; rather, it was the archaic and corrupt probate courts of Alabama and the greedy, exploitive response of those vested with the care of the elderly. For instead of responding with compassion and aid in a time of great need, the response was that of ignorance, greed and financially raping those who were helpless.

My father, Lt. Col. Leonard P. Lynch, sacrificed his whole life that his wife and children might have the American dream, that they might have a home where they could live happy and free lives. When he died in 1973 he left his wife and children with such a home and a great package of benefits provided through the Department of Defense and Veterans Administration, such that as an Army family we would never have to ask the State of Alabama for anything.

This American dream was shattered when my dear mother, La Faye S. Lynch, wife and widow of a much decorated Army officer, was diagnosed with dementia on Nov. 19, 2003. Within only days the Probate Court of Montgomery County under the order of Judge Reese McKinney, Jr., acted to appoint non-relative lawyers as guardian/conservator against the expressed wishes, desires and best made plans of my dear mother. Way back in 1995 my dear mother had assigned me, her youngest son, to be her attorney in fact through a Durable Power of Attorney. This document was made when she was competent and represented her true wishes for what she wanted done should she ever become incapacitated. Yet, in Alabama no one can designate, specify and appoint their own guardian/conservator; rather, probate judges, the same ones who issue auto tags, have this almighty power of God.

This had the result of our family home being lost along with much valuable property. These greedy, irresponsible, corrupt court appointed lawyers even had the audacity to sue me in my mother's own name, for my home. This represents not only corruption but insanity! I am the one person who my dear mother entrusted with her very life, the one person who was with her and who saved her life when she would have surely died. Yet these court appointed lawyers took it upon themselves to sue me, the one person who had prayed to God, that my mother not die when she became unconscious on Aug. 28, 2003, and had to be rushed to the hospital; the one person who authorized blood transfusions and tube feeding to keep her alive. What kind of legal insanity is this that our probate courts are investing in money hungry lawyers who thus financially rape, robe and destroy the American dream for families?

Why has the State of Alabama destroyed the American dream which my parents believed in and secured for their children? Shame upon all who were involved in this dastardly deed of greed, corruption and blind injustice -- of down right legalized insanity!

I appeal to the good people of Montgomery and Alabama to rectify this injustice, to help restore what has been taken and lost. Please make a contribution that I may raise the funds necessary to recover from the loss of that American dream which was raped and robbed, stolen by a corrupt, misinformed, probate judge and greedy, henchmen lawyers.

I have posted copy of this letter on the Internet at www.byteland.org/theamericandream (this site). Please visit this site and help restore the American dream. If the American dream can be so easily destroyed for one patriotic family, it can be destroyed for everyone. We must not let corrupt probate judges and greedy henchmen lawyers destroy the American dream for anyone!

Take a stand today! Visit The American Dream site today and learn what you can do to help a family in need. Thank you for your help and God bless America!

How You Can Help Restore the American Dream

My home, valued at over $250,000.00, was lost as a result of the foolish and unjust actions of greedy, corrupt judges and their henchmen lawyers.

The Lynch home at 737 Maryethel Drive, Montgomery, Alabama where family had lived for some 25 years was valued at over $250,000.00! This was the American Dream for Mrs. Lynch and her family, what she and her husband had sacrificed so much of their lives for, that they might always have a place to call home. Please help have the Lynch home returned and restore the lost American Dream. Thank you!

In addition to the loss of my home, much personal property and valuable items that my military parents had collected was lost. I am asking everyone in the community, state and nation to please come together and help restore the lost American dream. Here are a few way you can help:

  1. You can help restore the American dream for one family by making a generous contribution via Pay Pal. Just click on the link below to make a secure contribution. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

  2. Another way you can help is to purchase any gifts and apparel you see on this site. A small commission will be earned for each gift and apparel item purchased which will help restore the lost American dream.

  3. Still another way you can help is to seek to have the laws in Alabama changed so that each and every citizen may specify, appoint and designate their own guardian/conservator such that this power not be vested in corrupt, greedy judges who appoint equally corrupt and greedy lawyers. Everyone is urged to write to their representatives in the state legislature to get the laws changed in this respect so that all citizens will have the power to appoint their own guardian/conservators.

  4. I am also urging everyone to call for the immediate resignation of Probate Judge Reese McKinney, Jr. Please put a bumper sticker on your car and urge that Judge Reese McKinney, Jr. resign. This foolish man has no more business saying who should be guardian/conservator of the elderly than Satan has sitting on the throne next to God! He certainly proved to me that he is a very foolish, misguided man, not able to tell the difference between someone who gets on the witness stand and lies through their teeth and someone who is an honest man. Any judge who does not respect the expressed wishes and desires of a very wise woman to be cared for by their most loving son, and lets their mind be motivated by someone who has a long history of having beat, bullied, battered and terrorized all their siblings from the day they were born, as in the case of my eldest brother, Carl Gregory Lynch, does not deserve to be a judge of anything! Should anyone wish to bring this to the blind as a bat judge's attention, please feel free to do so. Judge Reese, step down from your holier than thou thrown and give my dear mother back her honor, dignity and respect by appointing me to be her guardian/conservator as she so wished.

  5. Write a letter TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; 737 Maryethel Drive, Montgomery, AL 36109. Tell them to return the Lynch Family home to its rightful owner, Terry Lynch. Explain that the Lynch Family home was stolen, was robbed as a result of corrupt judges and lawyers. Demand that the Lynch Family home be returned to Terry Lynch, its rightful owner.

  6. Write a letter to Montgomery County Probate Judge Reese McKinney, Jr., Montgomery County Courthouse, 100 S. Lawrence Street, Montgomery, AL 36104 Phone (334) 832-1240. Ask that he resend his order appointing non-relative lawyers to be the guardian/conservator of La Faye. S. Lynch, and make an order to appoint Terry Lynch the guardian/conservator of his dear mother, La Faye S. Lynch. This is what she wanted and directed to be done but in Alabama probate judges have the power of God and citizens cannot appoint their own guardian/conservator.

  7. Write a letter to all State of Alabama representatives and ask that they change the laws in Alabama such that every citizen may appoint their own specify, designate and appoint their own guardian/conservator; that said law be retroactive to cover all elderly who are currently in nursing homes or other elderly care facilities who had a durable power of attorney in effect at the time they were incapacitated and the court may have appointed a non-relative guardian/conservator against the wishes and desire of said elderly citizens.

  8. Help raise money through your church or other civic organization and make an American Dream donation to the Lynch Family Trust. This will help recover from the loss of the Lynch home and help Lynch to restore what was lost. Just click on the donation button below to make a secure donation via PayPal. Thank you!

  9. Everyone who wants to help is urged to please visit our sponsor and make a purchase of gift and apparel items. Thank you for your kindness and generous support. May God bless you and yours!

  10. My dear mother, La Faye S. Lynch, is being held a virtual prisoner at Crowne Nursing Home in Montgomery, Alabama. The last time I saw her she had been put in room #13, the "unlucky" room. Quite frankly I wonder if they put her in that room to punish her because her youngest son (the one who is making this presentation) was a strong advocate for her health and care? In any case, she has since undergone the horrible experience of seeing other roommates die! To be ill and have to go through seeing the death of one person after another is a terrible way to treat the elderly; this torment is terrible and depressive for one's mental health! To just say that this is normal is dispicable! It is not normal to warehouse the elderly together that they must suffer each the illness of the other! This is a terrible way to treat the elderly, one of the horrible realities of nursing homes which makes them terrible places to warehouse our parents and grandparents. I am asking everyone who loves and cares for the elderly to please help by sending my dear mother a card, letter or flowers to:

    La Faye S. Lynch
    Crowne Health Care Of Montgomery
    1837 Upper Wetumpka Road
    Montgomery, AL 36107

If you live in the Montgomery, Alabama area and want to help, you are cordially invited to visit with my dear mother and other elderly persons at the nursing home. Ministers and church members are urged to visit as are younger students who may benefit from seeing how the elderly are treated in nursing homes. Please note that my dear mother is the daughter of a Methodist minister and it would be appreciated if members of the Methodist church would visit. You may bring tokens of affection or come just to provide love, friendship or your good company.

Special help for Larry Lynch

Larry Lynch is my dear brother; he has mental retardation. Larry was kidnapped from his home in Alabama and taken to Lakewood, Colorado, by hostile relatives who benefit from his financial exploitation. I am asking everyone who is interested in helping people who have mental retardation to please come to Larry's aid and help him. It is not right or just to permit people with mental retardation to be exploited for profit, even by their relatives.

This is particularly bad in Larry's case, as his dear mother had made plans for him to be cared for by his most loved younger brother, Terry Lynch, who is a perfectly capable, responsibe person. However, Carl Gregory Lynch did not like this arrangement and took it upon himself to kidnap Larry, wisk him off to Colorado, get power and control over Larry via applying to be guardian/conservator in Colorado, and then benefiting from the receipt of federal monies which Larry gets via Social Security and the VA. This is exploitation, pure and simple, of a person who has mental retardation.

Larry has a life-long history of mental retardation. I have been personally involved in Larry's care my entire life. As children I was the one who would always stand up for Larry when other children would make fun of him at school or on the playground. In later life I sacrifised greatly for Larry, attending to his care and needs, helping my dear mother who was burdened with caring for Larry as an adult. I was appointed by my dear mother to be Larry's proxy to provide all health and other care which I did for some twenty years before my dear mother's illness and own incapacity. This included arranging all health and medical treatment for Larry under the care of expert doctors.

Larry was abducted and kidnapped by Carl Gregory Lynch in cohort with his daughter, Sharon L. Crenson, on Nov. 20, 2003, from his home in Montgomery, Alabama, the day after La Faye S. Lynch was diagnosed to have dementia. This was done while Terry and Larry were preparing to go see a lawyer and have documents drawn up to file for guardian/conservator with respect to Larry. After kidnapping Larry and taking him out-of-state, Greg then tried to have his brother, Terry Lynch, (the person who is making this report and appeal) committed on trumped up charges (this can be done any Alabama and any states simply by asking for a judge to sign the required order). This fraud upon the court had the effect of causing defamation of Terry Lynch's character. Judge Reese McKinney, Jr., was the same judge who was involved in this fiasco. Talk about corruption, you can't get much more corrupt than this because the same judge who signed documents to have Terry Lynch arrested and evaluated for commitment later sat on the bench to determine who would be guardian/conservator of La Faye S. Lynch.

Because of what happened Larry Lynch is being exploited in Colorado; he is a dependent, has mental retardation and was in the good care of Terry Lynch at the time of his kidnapping. After kidnapping Larry and taking him to Colorado, Greg Lynch had himself and his wife, Patricia, appointed Larry's guardian/conservator. Larry had never lived in Colorado before and was a life-long resident of the state of Alabama. The court in Colorado was not provides with full, complete and accurate information with respect to application for guardian/conservator of Larry Lynch; hence, fraud upon the court may have occurred.

Because of how this was done, kidnapping Larry, lying to courts and authorities in Alabama and Colorado, a great crime of exploitation has been committed. Everyone who learns of this crime is urged to contact authorities in Colorado and make an appeal in Larry's behalf such that: Larry be picked up immediately and removed from the home of Carl Gregory Lynch; and that a new guardian/conservator be appointed for Larry Lynch.

Larry is being held at the home of Carl Gregory Lynch at 10131 West Asbury Ave., Lakewood, CO 80227. Interested parties are urged to contact authorities that a complete investigation of Larry's situation may be made and, if warranted, to pick up Carl Gregor Lynch and have his sanity evaluated through the Department of Human Services and mental health workers, given the following reasons: Carl Gregory Lynch has a long history of bullying/beating/battering his siblings and outbursts of bad temper indicative of boarder line personality disorder; he has a long history of using alcohol to excess indicative of addiction and substance abuse which may be injurious to his health and to the health of those in his care and/or in his home or within his presence; and, he is guilty of exploitation of mentally incapacitated persons, including a brother, Larry, who has mental retardation and a mother who has dementia; plus, said exploitation may involve various forms of fraud against individuals, upon the court and upon various agencies of the federal government which provide benefits to persons who are incapacitated, indicative of criminal conduct -- all behaviors which are indicative of boarder line behavior disorder which, when done, may cause hurt and harm to other people.

No court should ever have awarded guardian/conservator of Larry Lynch to anyone with such a horrible record of behavior, temperament and exploitive conduct; said court obviously was not given complete, full, accurate and honest information with respect to application for the guardian/conservator of Larry Lynch and failure to make complete and accurate disclosure in this regard may constitute fraud upon the Court in Colorado.

I am asking everyone who is outraged to learn about how Larry has been exploited to please help in whatever way you can. Please write to authorities in Colorado. Ask that they fully investigate Larry's situation and take action to remove Larry from the care of his hostile, exploitive brother, Carl Gregory Lynch, and assign a new guardian/conservator for Larry, someone who will not benefit financially from the exploitation of Larry. Here are more options:

  1. Write to the various mental health personel and agencies listed below and ask that the case of Larry Lynch be investigates; that Larry Lynch is a person with mental retardation; that he was kidnapped and taken from his home in Montgomery, Alabama; that Larry Lynch is being exploited and has been victimized by hostile relatives; that a new guardian/conservator be appointed for Larry Lynch who will not gain financially or otherwise from his exploitation.

  2. Appeal that Lawrence C. Lynch (Larry) of 10131 West Asbury Ave., Lakewood, CO 80227 immediately be removed from the home of Carl Gregory Lynch; that a new guardian/conservator be appointed for Larry Lynch, that this be someone who will not benefit financially from the exploitation of Larry Lynch.

  3. Contact mental health or other authorities listed below or as appropriate and ask that Carl Gregory Lynch be evaluated for mental illness. You may copy and print out the Emergency Mental Illness Report and Application to use for this purpose and send it to:

    Colorado Department of Human Services
    3824 W. Princeton Circle
    Denver, CO 80236
    (303) 866-7400
    E-mail: janet.wood@state.co.us

  4. Please everyone who becomes aware of this situation is urged to contact the Colorado Department of Mental Health and/or other mental health service agencies and report Carl Gregory Lynch that he be picked up immediately, be fully evaluated to insure that he is not a danger to himself or others. Also please make an appeal through the Colorado Department of Mental Health that Larry Lynch be appointed a new legal guardian/conservator, someone who will not benefit financially from his exploitation.

  5. I am asking that everyone who is interested in helping people who have mental retardation and are being exploited, that everyone who is interested in justice, please take an interest in this matter and do whatever you can to help. I am asking for everyone interested in this to please help, because, in addition to kidnapping Larry, Carl Gregory Lynch threated to "destroy" my life! He has acted with hostility and anger in the past. Greg tried to have me committed in Alabama so that he could defame me, so that he could get whatever he might want with respect to power and control of my dear mother and of Larry. Using laws regarding mental health evaluation fraudulently for personal gain is not only criminal, it hurt and harms people. To do something like this to a brother is sick which makes me suspect Greg has a serious boarderline personality disorder; that should he one day snap he could try to actualize his threats to "destroy" my life! I am not an ignorant or foolish man; I take his threats seriously. Therefore I do not wish to act alone to help Larry; I need everyone's help! This needs to be a group effort from all concerned citizens. If everyone helps, then Greg won't be able to stop what we are all doing, because even if Greg tries to kill me, to hurt or harm me financially or to otherwise "destroy" my life, there will be others working to help Larry.

  6. Therefore I'm asking everyone to please help! Please help Larry. Please contact these agencies, provide them with the information herein with respect to Larry Lynch, and ask that they take immediate action to help Larry. I am asking everyone to contact these agencies, to tell them about Larry's situation and ask that a complete investigaton be made; that Larry be removed from the home of Carl Gregory Lynch and that a new guardian/conservator be assigned for Larry, someone who will not benefit financially for exploitation of Larry. Please, if you are concerned about exploitation of people who are mentally retarded and cannot speak for themselves or stand up for their own rights, help Larry by contacting the following people and/or agencies:
