X-patriot groups defined

These anti-American groups listed by SPLC are on the rise!

An X-patriot group is any organization which promotes violence, criminal activity or antigovernment sentiment in the extreme, such as terrorism, and adopts traditional values of patriotism to make its doctrines and membership in its organization more acceptable to the general public thus enhancing its potential for growth.

X-patriot organizations are on the rise, just as are hate groups. A hate group is distinguished from an X-patriot group in that hate groups usually promote racial or religious prejudice and exclusion toward minority groups and may use traditional values of religion to make its doctrines and membership in its organization more acceptable to the general public thus enhancing its potential for growth. I a hate groups is strongly founded upon a religion or is organized as a church it may be called an X-religious group.

A group may be both a hate group or X-religious group and an X-patriot group provided it uses both traditional values of religion and patriotism to make its doctrines and membership in its organization more acceptable to the general public thus enhancing its potential for growth.

Both X-patriot groups and X-religious groups are given this designation because they are essentially X-rated, given they promote prejudice, hatred, violence, criminal activity and/or antigovernment sentiment in the extreme, meaning they promote anarchy and terrorism or have been associated with such acts by their doctrines or acts committed by their members, sympathizers or other associates.

These X-rated groups purposefully associate themselves with traditional religious and patriotic values because their founders may be religious extremists or in order to increase their acceptance and membership by the general public. Often these associations may be ingrained in long-standing hatreds or prejudices between groups of people.

The X-rating system enables one to distinguish such groups from groups which properly function as religions, churches or patriotic groups and do not promote hatred, prejudice, violence, terrorism or antigovernment sentiment in the extreme. It would, for example, be wrong to consider the American Legion an X-patriot group because the American Legion, I'm certain, would only advocate nonviolence and peaceful means of change, even when it comes to dealing with hate groups.

Projects such as that conducted by the Southern Poverty Law Center, which use the category "patriot groups" to designate what are really X-patriot groups would be wise to reconsider their terminology. Otherwise the SPLC falls right into the trap which X-patriot groups have set for them; i.e., they unwittingly promote these groups as being patriotic when they really are exactly the opposite!

To call X-patriot groups "patriots" or to infer that they are somehow patriotic is not only a misnomer, but an insult and slander of institutions and people which truly represents American patriotism. This includes the U.S. military and the U.S. government. In fact one of the reasons X-patriot groups call themselves patriots is to create this insult and slander because they know it will outrage and anger those who truly are American patriots. In other words it is an attempt to attack, distort and destroy traditional values by redefining those values to include prejudice, hatred, violence, criminal activity and even terrorism in the name of God, country or patriotism.

To combat and resist this attack upon traditional nomenclature I urge that those working to promote nonviolence and expose anti-American groups, adopt the term X-patriot groups and X-religious groups when speaking or writing about organizations which meet the above designated criteria. This should also help in the filtering of these groups from Web site browsers so as to safe guard our children from viewing the hateful and repugnant materials such X-rated groups publish upon the Internet.

I would also like to urge writers, journalist, educators, and members of the clergy to adopt the terms X-patriot and X-religious groups when talking or writing about such organizations. In this manner it will be clear that you are not helping to promote them as being a patriotic group or a truly religious group, but a beast of another color, one which is X-rated and harmful to our children, our society and our mental and physical health.

With respect to this matter I make reference to the SPLC's Intelligence Report . Note that X-patriot groups are those which use the misnomer "patriots" when talking about themselves to generate sympathy and support for their doctrines, while often forming private militias, inciting individual acts of violence or terrorism or other forms of antigovernment sentiment in the extreme. Hence X-patriot groups are those so designated by the SPLC.

An X-religious group would be an organization which incorporates or organizes itself as a church, as for nonprofit status, which engages in a ministry of promoting hatred, prejudice, bigotry, segregation or exclusion of minority groups while at the same time inciting acts of violence or criminal activity, all in the name of God.

X-religious groups also incorporate as churches and promote their doctrine under the name of religion so as to enjoy protection of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Ironically such status also permits these X-religious groups to use freedom of speech, freedom of the press and right of petition to promote their hatred, prejudice and violence. This is why it is imperative to recognize the true nature of these groups as X-rated, in that they often promote hatred, prejudice, exclusion of minority groups or other antisocial values and so serve to sow the seeds of violence and criminal activity to both children and adults.

Since these freedoms are vital to our way of life, and these X-rated organizations cannot be outlawed, it is vital we appropriately designate these groups X-patriots and X-religious groups. This will aid in the voluntary filtering of their messages of hatred, prejudice, violence and antigovernment extremism from our homes, from our children and from the hearts and minds of all freedom loving, God worshipping, patriotic Americans.
