The American Patriots Association has as it primary purpose, "promoting, supporting, defending and working to insure freedom, liberty and patriotism in the United States of America." Toward this end APA will maintain an Internet presence which will be of educational value and help raise funds to support other work.
Future projects may include identifying historical sites and placing historical markers upon them. It may also include working to sponsor activities and events of a patriotic nature or participate in such events sponsored by other organizations. This may include essay or art contests or awards programs for the most patriotic web sites. In general APA will meet the challenge to promote pride in America and those values which are most characteristic of being a patriotic citizen.
You may help with the work of APA by becoming a member today. Simply print out and return the membership application below. Members will receive a Certificate of Membership which is suitable for framing. The APA Membership Certificate has a graphic of the flag of the United States of America being raised on Mt. Suribachi, Iwo Jima in 1945. Joe Rosenthal's Pulitzer Prize winning photograph of this memorial occasion was the inspiration for this design which also inspired the Marine's memorial at Arlington National Cemetery. This Membership Certificate is printed on 8.5" x 11" heavy stock and makes a fine addition to any home or office decor. This is our way of saying, "Thank you," for your support!
