SUBJECT: Open Capital City Brothel Ref. "Scandal may not hurt party" Montgomery Advertiser p. 6A Aug. 28, 1998 Not only does the silly little White House sex scandal not hurt the Democratic Party, it makes clear the need for a Capital City Brothel. Opening up a Capital City Brothel on Pennsylvania Avenue would be very popular. It would give both republicans and democrates something else to do besides bicker with each other. Instead of special prosecutors we could have special prostitutors saving the tax payers millions of dollars. If we put the Capital City Brothel midway between the U.S. Capitol and the White House both Congress and the President would be equally serviced. With professional ladies to cater to the extracurricular needs of our representatives, they would feel no desire to proposition immature interns. Both lobbyist and diplomates would be able to relieve their tension and make much progress in their respective affairs of state. Everyone would be so happy that trade relations would boom and the economy of the nation would explode in ecstasy! By making the Capital City Brothel into a sort of combination convention center/Las Vegas style casino, our representatives would no longer have to fly out to Nevada to enjoy a wild night of sex and gambling. D.C. tourists would also have something recreational to do besides getting lost in the Smithsonian and taking snap shots of monuments. Indeed a Capital City Brothel would make Sodom and Gomorrah look like the Vatican. But don't worry, it won't ever happen. Our politicians get too much pleasure out of sneaking into corridors and closets with interns and thinking something is naughty about sex just for the fun of it!
