REF: A-bomb Instructions On The Internet

Much has been said about children being able to get pornographic
pictures off the internet, but did you know kids are learning how
to make bombs via the internet? After the Springfield, Oregon
school shooting investigators not only found Kip Kindel's
parent's killed but a number of explosive devices in the Kindel's
home. Also found were computer documents detailing how to make
bombs which were believed to have been obtained upon the
internet.

Just how easy is it to find bomb making instructions on the
internet? Very easy! Doing a Yahoo search for "anarchist" and
"cookbook" yields a site which tells not only how to fashion
a variety of bombs, but how to make the explosives to put inside
the bombs. There are even instructions for making Unabomber type
mail bombs, abortion clinic type nail bombs and fertilizer type
bombs.

What about atomic bombs; can terrorists and the nations which
support them find out how to make nuclear bombs on the net?
Again the answer is, "Yes!" Doing a Yahoo search for "thermonuclear" and "design"
turned up a site operated by Carey Sublette with complete
public domain information regarding every aspect of nuclear bomb
design theory. All that was missing was the actual dimensional
blueprints and materials which would not be difficult for a
terrorist nation to add.

No wonder India and Pakistan were able to develop atomic bombs;
the instructions are on the internet! With instructions for
building bombs available to every kid upon the internet, I wonder
how long it will be before a young Timothy McVeigh blows up his
entire high school?

What can we do to prevent kids bombers? Schools and parents with
children should block access to such bomb making sites. Also
monitor your kids to be sure they are not using the internet to
learn how to make bombs. If it could happen in Springfield,
Oregon, it could happen right here in Alabama, especially if the
word does not get out!
