For Immediate Release Please forward this document for consideration by Congress members with regard to impeachment of the President of the United States. This document may be read to Congress and made part of the Congressional record. No claim is being made with regard to the origin or truth or allegation made herein. This document is just being provided for consideration along with the Starr Report should there be impeachment hearings. SUBJECT: Did Deal With Starr Included Oral Sex? Is there any truth to the following story circulating upon the internet? A recent document discovered and believed to have been authored by Monica Lewinsky suggests that investigators probing Monica Lewinsky asked her to perform oral sex. Lewinsky says she was asked to demonstrate exactly what she did with President Clinton. Ms. Lewinsky refused and was promptly told that if she ever mentioned the incident to anyone, including her attorney or parents it would be the last thing she ever did. No mention was made in the Starr Report or associated legal documents related to this alleged event. The solicitation for oral sex was mentioned in an e-mail correspondence from Monica Lewinsky to a friend. Apparently the e-mail was either not sent, sent to the wrong address or recovered from someone's hard drive. An anonymous informer confirmed the existence of this document. According to the e-mail Ms. Lewinsky said an investigator first laughed and asked her exactly what President Clinton did with his cigar. He inquired as to the brand names of cigars. Then he asked Monica Lewinsky if she would please demonstrate. The investigator said he could meet Ms. Lewinsky at a later place and time for a "follow-up interview." Ms. Lewinsky refused. It is not clear whether the transactional immunity deal Starr offered Ms. Lewinsky was made before or after this proposition by investigators. It does not appear that Ms. Lewinsky ever told her lawyers about this incident which occurred in a hall way. This accusation may be of great significance as relates to the Starr Report and impeachment hearings. If it is true that investigators asked Monica Lewinsky to perform oral sex upon them it could constitute sexual harassment and witness tampering. Monica Lewinsky may be able to file a law suit against special prosecutor Kenneth Starr and those responsible for the alleged indiscretion. An effort was made to confirm or deny this allegation but no comment could be obtained from Kenneth Starr's office. Hence this allegation is being released to the media so that inquiry may be made to determine exactly what occurred and who it was who asked Monica Lewinsky to have oral sex as a way to demonstrate what happened between her and President Clinton. Apparently investigators even offered to buy the cigars! ----------------------- Headers -------------------------------- Return-Path: Received: from rly-za02.mx.aol.com (rly-za02.mail.aol.com [172.30.36.99]) by air-za01.mail.aol.com (v50.16) with SMTP; Wed, 07 Oct 1998 14:49:02 -0400 Received: from mailsys.senate.gov (bunn.senate.gov [199.95.76.9]) by rly-za03.mx.aol.com (8.8.8/8.8.4/AOL-4.0.0) with ESMTP id PAB04498 for ; Wed, 7 Oct 1998 14:48:36 -0400 (EDT) Received: from IMAEXCH.senate.gov by mailsys.senate.gov; (8.8.5/SCO5) id PAA25898; Wed, 7 Oct 1998 14:46: -0400 (EDT) Received: from ccMail by IMAEXCH.senate.gov (IMA Internet Exchange 3.11) id 0000AFE6; Wed, 7 Oct 1998 15:45:11 -0400 Mime-Version: 1.0 Date: Wed, 7 Oct 1998 15:50:40 -0400 Message-ID: <0000EFD9.eval@dodd.senate.gov> From: Sen_Dodd@dodd.senate.gov (Sen Dodd) Subject: Re: ***Did Deal With Starr Include Oral Sex?*** To: unknown@aol.com Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Description: cc:Mail note part If this report is true or even half way true, I think it should be more widely reported. Certainly if Congress is considering impeachment of the President for having a consensual affair with Monica Lewinsky they should also consider the allegation that special prosecutor investigators may have sexually harasses and propositioned Ms. Lewinsky for oral sex. I don't see how you can impeach the president when Kenneth Starr's own investigators are sexually harassing and threatening Monica Lewinsky! What hypocrites!
