Subject: Help elderly victim of dementia and family which lost home and everything!
I am writing on behalf of my dear elderly mother, La Faye S. Lynch, who has dementia. We lost our home at Montgomery, Alabama, as a result of the terrible way everyone responded to this disease, which is very misunderstood. In my dear mother's case many people responded with prejudice, greedy and exploitation. As a result we lost everything including: Montgomery home at 737 Maryethel Drive, Montgomery, Alabama, valued at over $200,000.00, plus priceless family heirlooms, furnishings, art and other property (estimated value over $500.000.00). This was a terrible way to treat anyone, especially the widow of a US Army officer, Leonard P. Lynch, who had sacrificed so much for God and country.

Congress is considering a proposal $700-billion to bailout Wall Street, yet not one cent is being given to help families recover the loss of their homes. This is cruel, especially in the case of me and my dear mother. We did nothing wrong. My mother simply grew old and ill. Since I can not get help from government which does not seem to care about the elderly and how families are effected by such diseases as dementia, I am asking everyone who is concerned to please help. When elderly become victims of disease and illness, people should respond with love, care and support. Therefore I am asking everyone to please help!
I have establishe the Lynch Family Trust. The goal is to raise funds so that I can recover from all that has been lost while working to raise awareness and provide informaiotn about dementia, Alzhemier's and other diseases which effect the elderly. I am asking all churches and everyone who is concerned about how the elderly are hurt, harmed and exploited to please help.
I am asking all churches and other interested organizations in Montgomery, Alabama, and the state, to please sponsor a fund raising event for the Lynch Family Trust. This may be any event and include the following:
Please, your help to recover form the loss of my home is needed and will be greatly appreciated? Please help me by endorsing a Lynch Family Trust and by helping to raise funds to recover the loss of my home. Please help in any other way to regain my home and all that has been lost due to this terrible disease and the way everyone responded with greed and corruption. Please help through organizing a benefit or other activity to raise funds that I can recover all that has been lost. Your support in this effort would do much to recover from the great loss and family tragedy that has occurred.
Thank you for your consideration. Any help and support you can offer is much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Terry Lynch

My dear mother and I have been hurt and harmed by greedy and corrupt lawyers, judges and nursing home administrators who have financially raped and robbed us blind. I am asking everyone to help. I want to raise $1,000,000.00 to recover everything that was lost. Please help if you can. I have listed a number of ways you can help below:

Please help in any way that you can. Thank you kindly for your support! If my dear mother could speak for herself, she would also thank you and say, "God bless you!" But as corrupt lawyers, judges and others have taken away her power and have robbed her of her dignity, I have made these blessings! Please feel free to share them with everyone you love!
The Lynch Family Trust & Enterprise was established as a Limited Liability Company in 2002 and organized for the following purposes:
The Lynch Family Trust & Enterprises, LLC, was founder as a for-profit business in 2002. However, some of the activities engaged in may qualify for not-for-profit status in which case separate and independent organizations or departments may be established, incorporated and/or operated.
Because of family tragedy in 2003, operations were interrupted and a relocation was made. This tragedy involved what can only be described as an assult upon the Lynch Family Trust & Enterprises by corrupt and greedy parties who acted to make La Faye S. Lynch a ward of the State of Alabama. Subsequently the Elder Rights Assosiation (ERA) was established as a grassroots effort to help raise awareness about elder abuse in America and motivate reforms of the broken and corrupt elder care system in America.
Currently the Lynch Family Trust & Enterprises is functioning as an unincorporated, private, on-line educational and information resource. Efforts are being made to restructure and to organize. Our goal and dreams remain the same: to foster interest in the Lynch Family and to generally promote the Lynch Family and contribute to its survival, growth and propetuation. All interested Lynch Family members are asked to contribute toward these efforts through the purchase of Lynch Family gifts and apparel. The Lynch Family Trust & Enterprises will only be able to grow, achieve established goals and expand efforts upon many fronts through the generous contributions of many who are in sympathy with our purposes.
This site will be updated over time to provide additional information, links and news.
The Lynch Family has a long and glorious history. It is the intention of The Lynch Family Trust & Enterprises to express and relate that history. We welcome all members of the Lynch Family to join in this effort by sharing their personal histories. These may be submitted to this site for the record. We reserve the right to publish or use all material submitted.
The Lynch Family itself involves hundreds of years of genealogical records. Over time this site may present a portion of those records. Our emphasis in this regard will be with respect to the immediate Lynch Family, that is, to the family of Leonard P. Lynch and La Faye S. Lynch, who are the parents of the author and producer of this site, Terry Lynch. Others who have Lynch Family sites which emphasize genealogy may wish to establish links to this sit which is encouraged. However our emphasis will be on sharing photographs, family histories which relate what individuals accomplished in their lives or other interesting and interactive aspects of the Lynch Family may be incorporated in this site.
Please keep in mind that the Lynch Family is alive and well, that it is large and dynamic, that we are talking about a whole, large, loving family which exist over a vast geographical area, perhaps scattered about the entire globe. It is hoped that other members of the Lynch Family will come together and share their lives and experiences and that this endeavor and site will enable a unity and communication which perhaps has deteriorated over the years, decades and generations.
Fundamentally this site and effort are based upon love and family unity. Too often family members move away from their parents, work causes relocation, even service to one's country may contribute to the breakup of families. The purpose of this site is to aid in restoring that love and unity which must exist between family members and relatives far and wide. Therefore it is hoped that over time this effort will enable bonds between Lynch family members and relatives to grow stronger and that love we all cherish to become the guiding light of our lives and families.
In this regard it is announced that the Lynch Family Trust & Enterprises is established to promote the Lynch Family, to record the Lynch Family history, and to do all those things which contribute to the progress and perpetuation of the Lynch Family. Certainly this effort will be able to enjoy success as members of the Lynch Family and relatives contribute to the effort become involved in whatever way they feel most comfortable in making a contribution.
Toward this end let us all who are Lynch Family members work and toast with praise to our forefathers, those members of the Lynch Family who gave us life, who brought us into this world, who made so many sacrifices to bring us so far, that our success be built upon their lives, and that all we do contributes to the greatness, fortitude and well being of the Lynch Family.
