Testifying before Congress that the price of gas
Is valid while even Barbara Walters admits
Her whole life was whoring, an Audition,
Just a role played for the camera,
A cleverly contrived lie to make a profit!
America and the world bought it
Hook, line and sinker.
Now do you really expect us,
The public, to believe anything
We see upon the tube?
It's all lies, just lies! Lies! Lies! Lies!
Even Zipster is a fraud!
Renetto, too, another scam.
It makes me wonder who, if anyone,
Is true? What about you?
Are you a fraud too?
CEO for the big oil companies,
For the tobacco barons,
For the pharmaceutical pimps,
Why should we believe your lies?
Not to mention Hillary, Obama and McCain.
They all sold their souls to the devil
When the first vote was cast
And they had the gall to ask us
Living from day to day to feed our children,
To cloth them, to pay the rent and the bills,
For a donation, millions pouring in
But to be wasted paying for tube time -- for lies!
How insane is that and we bought into the program
Without even a wink, hoping, praying for a better day!
What hat indeed are you wearing
Defrauding the court, lying, cheating,
Pretending to be an angel, pretending to be a saint
When the truth is you beat your siblings,
You beat your children,
You screwed a chain of wives and women,
Leaving them all in the dust!
Liar! Did you really expect anyone to believe you?
Once your cloths are off everyone can see
What's hidden behind that masque you wear.
I even wonder now if even Oprah is real?
Are we all being screwed by the queens and kings?
Are we all being screwed by the tube?
When will you open YOUR eyes and see
It's all a lie! Role playing for the camera
Lies spilling out, spread by the one-eyed monster!
Now the lies have spilled out, cast far and wide,
Into our home and heart by this thing we call the tube!
Your tube! My tube! Their tube!
It's all a lie to catch your heart and make buck,
Millions upon billions of bucks!
We the people now slaves to the tube tyrants!
And we don't even realize it!
Chains around our hearts!
Shacks around our souls!
Lied to so much by so many that now
All there is is lies! Lies! Lies! Lies!
One big monstrous mouth spouting lies!
So many lies that when one child of God speaks the truth
None believe! We all have bought into the lies,
Sold our souls to Satan! Partnered with the tube tyrants.
That now even when God speaks
We would rather believe the tube tyrants
For should listen to the truth and riot
They will their noose around our necks
And strangle the very life out of us!
What hat are you wearing?
CEO pimp? Network whore? Tube slave?
What role are you playing for the camera today?
What are you trying sell?
Why should I or anyone with a grain of brain
Believe anything spouted from your mouth?
You have sold out to the tube tyrants
Pretending unto all to be what you are not!
At least I have told the truth when peddling my wears!
At least I have told the truth when crying my tears!
At least I have told the truth when pouring out my heart!
At least I have told the truth when singing my song!
Though it not be sung by Britney or Madonna,
The truth will set you free if you can but see
We all are wearing hats and but slaves
To the oil pimps, to the media moguls,
To the Donald Trumps and Bill Gates,
To the Tube Tyrants who have duped us all!
What hat are you wearing
And will you ever take it off?
Will you ever get naked on cam?
Will we ever see the real you?
Will you ever cut the chain binding you?
Will you ever see the light?
Will you ever come to know the lies you've been told?
Will you ever realize your own blood is tainted
By that very poisons which threatens to destroy us all?
Will you ever have the courage to throw away your mask
To stand before your audience stripped of all lies,
Nude for the whole tube world to see?

This is an original poem which protests the lies that everyone tells, such that when those lies are told by super stars and media icons, they spread the lies and multiply them by the number of viewers who come to believe and accept the lies which are made even worse by the media who markets products and services based upon celebrities and the fallacy that comes with believing what celebrities say, be they musicians, actors, talk show hosts or CEO's testifying before Congress. We are all wearing hats, playing roles, auditioning before the camera, telling lies for profit. When you realize this you can then tell the lies form the truth and begin to see how you have been manipulated and screwed, how you have been exploited by those playing a role. This is vital to obtaining your true personal freedom, because not only are we all being lied to each day through the media, but we are being lied to even by family members, by our own kin, who are often playing roles for whatever they may gain in terms of love and attention. Once you can see the hats people wear you can begin to see how you are being exploited, made a slave by those using such deception, such fallacy, to screw you out of your money, for it is usually greed that causes both individuals and corporate empires to lie, deceive and seek to profit from using actors, actresses, musicians and their music or other forms of celebrity and/or icons to sell you their wares. It is hoped this poem will help everyone to start seeing how they are being lied to so that they may set themselves free and also stop the masquerade in their own lives, that true love, friendships and relationships may be fostered and grown without the lies!
Is It Real Or Memorex?
These videos present a few examples of people playing roles on YouTube. Role playing can be fun and entertaining and allow people to expand their horizons. Also role playing is done by actors and actresses in Hollywood all the time. Generally role playing is recognized as such. Yet many people do not realize that commercial advertisers also use various types of role playing to subliminally seduce their audience into buying their product or service. Also role playing is used by politicians and their advertisers to win our votes and raise funds. Many people also use role playing in their daily lives. A good example of some of the best role players are such celebrities as Barbara Walter and Oprah Winfrey. Barbara Walters, in her autobiography, Audition, admitted many of her lies and the fact she was always auditioning or playing a role to gain popularity and earn a living. Oprah has also admitted modeling her life after Barbara Walters; hence also being one who has auditioned and played a role for the media to subliminally seduce us all. Will we ever know the true Oprah? One wonders. On You Tube and other video services the whole world is now auditioning, playing roles for the camera, for fame, fortune and profit. Will we ever come to know who is real and who is just a Memorex copy, a video fraud? One wonders.
In this video by Zipster08, a performance artist of YouTube fame, in which he reveals his true self and that Zipster is a character or role he plays to entertain and delight his fans.
Renetto vlogs about his experiences on YouTube and the changes, growth and inspiration it has brought to his life, revealing that he is developing a social surfing application of his own in the near future. It may be of interest that Renetto blocked me for making comments on his channel after watching videos he made about his wife's PG test, which I felt was an invasion of privacy, and a swelling upon his lips, suggesting that it may be a reaction to usage of weed sprayed with herbicides. These were comments made to educate and inform, not to suggest that Renetto was exploiting his wife or using illegal substances. He was the one who video taped his wife in the bathroom allegedly invading her privacy and exploiting her and he was the one who developed a swollen lip, which may indicate exposure to chemicals, a drug reaction or some other cause. Hence to block a fan who generally admires and appreciates his insightful, entertaining videos makes me wonder what he is trying to hide? Renetto's videos and their popularity which helps indirectly market his inventions and promote his business enterprises certainly qualifies him for inclusion on this "What Hat Are You Wearing" site.
