Help Lee Family Adopt LEX

Special Alert! Attention all canine lovers! Please help the Lee Family in their efforts to adopt LEX.

LEX is a working dog who was wounded in Iraq. His handler, Cpl. Dustin Lee, was killed when insurgents fired a rocket propelled gernad (RPG) at Dustin and LEX. LEX survived the attack and is now stationed in Albany, Georgia awaiting adoption by the Lee Family. It is the opinion of this author that if LEX continues to work it will cause stress, aggrevate his wound and result in greater pain and suffering as LEX ages. The humane and right course of action would be for the Marine Corps to expedite the adoption of LEX so that he may enjoy the remainder of his life in the love and care of the Lee Family.

Please, if you are a dog lover and a patriot, support the immediated retirement of LEX and his adoption by the Lee Family. Visit the Support Adoption of LEX site and learn how you can help. Thank you!
