A Mother's Honor

Lynch Reveals Corrupt Alabama Lawyers

Noted naturalist struggles to restore the honor of his mother who has become the victim of corrupt Alabama lawyers and a broken, under funded elderly care system.

Dedication

This home page is dedicated to my mother, La Faye S. Lynch, and is presented in preservation of her dignity, respect and honor which was taken away by lawyers who conspired to have her made a ward of the State of Alabama.

An Open Letter

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Dear Sir:

An Act of Civil Disobedience

Ref.: Montgomery County Circuit Court Case No.: CV-2004-0434-R

You are hereby notified that I am making a public denunciation of the law suit brought by Lu An Long and Ed Parish in the name of my dear Mother, La Faye S. Lynch against me. This is a frivolous law suit without any standing in the law or merit, an action which my mother would never in her right mind endorse, make or consider. Therefore I hereby announce that my reply is to make an official complaint to the Alabama State Bar to hold all parties responsible for this action and the actions which precipitated this frivolous claim to be negligent and to have participated in misconduct, including fraud upon the Court.

In conjunction with my presentation to the Alabama State Bar this is to announce that I will host an act of on-line civil disobedience in the tradition of Henry David Thoreau, to make public and protest this outrageous act by a group of lawyers who have conspired to bring forth this outrageous claim against my person, property, dignity and honor which is also a disgraceful act which dishonors my mother.

In this act of civil disobedience I am serving as my mother’s strongest advocate. I invite all persons, be they judges, lawyers or common citizens, to lend their support. Let us expose the injustice done by lawyers throughout the great state of Alabama. If you know of a similar case where the elderly of our state or those who have an illness or disease or who are otherwise mentally impaired have been institutionalized, speak out!

This civil disobedience site is entitled “Lynch Reveals Corrupt Alabama Lawyers.” This civil disobedience site will be hosted at:

http://www.byteland.org/lafayelynch/a_mothers_honor.html

I reserve the right to publish and make public all document associated with this claim. The purpose of this civil disobedience is to expose the injustice that has been done and the corruption, dishonesty and misconduct of those attorneys involved. Also this is to serve as an educational and informative aid for others who may have parents or grandparents who have dementia which is a disease, to show them how lawyers associated with the judicial system in Alabama act to deny rights and justice to those who can not speak for themselves.

In regard to this act of civil disobedience I will certainly cooperate with the Court and obey those Court orders which have been issued. But I will not be party to the claim brought against me by Lu An Long and Ed Parish. Nor will I participate in any action brought in this regard. I hereby deny any accusations or claims as presented by Lu An Long and Ed Parish as not truly representative of my mother or what is in her best interest!

Sincerely,

Terrence A. Lynch

Return My Dearest Son!

Return My Son

La Faye S. Lynch, widow of
Lt. Col. Leonard P. Lynch

My son, Lawrence C. Lynch (Larry) was taken away from his home by force and against his will without cause or reason. Please help return Larry to his home and to my side. Larry has mental retardation and was taken from his home in Alabama to Colorado by Carl Gregory Lynch so that he could gain control of Larry’s benefits and use them to repay large debts and expenses. This represents a form of fraud and theft, not to mention the kidnapping of Larry. This was done at a time when I was ill and in a nursing home. This should NOT have been permitted given I had made provisions for Larry’s health and care. Why will not anyone do what I want done for Larry? He is my dearest son and should be returned to my side!

Legal Aid & Awareness

Help! If you are an attorney interested in helping elderly and mentally retarded citizens who have had their rights taken away and abused, please help. La Faye S. Lynch had her rights taken away by the Montgomery County Probate Court in a hearing where she was not present. This hearing involved parties who defrauded the Court and created an atmosphere of prejudice through their criminal actions. A great injustice has been done in this regard. Lawyers may have also acted unethically and there may exist cause for their being disbarred.

I am seeking help from any attorneys who would like to donate their services to help La Faye A. Lynch and her son, Lawrence C. Lynch. I am also interested in having legislation introduced to change how the courts deal with allegations related to the mental illness of persons such that persons can be arrested, have their privacy invaded and detained against their will when they do not have a history of mental illness.

I want to be with my mother!

Lawrence C. Lynch
Kidnapped 20 Nov. 2004

Please contact Terry Lynch if you would like to help stop the abuse of our elderly and those who have mental retardation and/or help represent me and my mother, La Faye S. Lynch and my brother, Lawrence C. Lynch, who have been victimized by the system.

I am also interested in filing a claim against the nursing home where my mother is a resident. Also I have just cause for filing a claim for damages in regard to my false arrest, invasion of privacy and being detained against my will. This my involve legal action against the hospital and persons involved in this matter.
