Abducted/kidnapped by force on Nov. 20th
Lawrence C. Lynch was abducted/kidnapped on Nov. 20th, 2003 from his home by non-guardians. Larry's mother and legal guardian is La Faye S. Lynch. Larry's medical proxy is his brother, Terry Lynch.
Lawrence C. Lynch (Larry) is an adult, white male, weight 130 pounds, grey hair, blue eyes, age 58, who has mental retardation. In all respects Larry is like an 11 year old child. Larry is NOT aggressive. He has very mild manners and is well behaved. However, Larry may be suffering extreme emotional distress having been separated from his mother and legal guardian.
Larry was abducted by out-of-state relatives who used force and coercion to abduct/kidnap Larry who has mental retardation. Larry was abducted/kidnapped against his will and resisted abduction/kidnapping. Larry's abduction/kidnapping was reported to local police immediately after the abduction/kidnapping. The abductor's/kidnapper's endangered Larry's life by speeding away to avoid capture by the police. The location of Larry is unknown to his mother; Larry is a missing person.
Larry was transported out-of-state (Alabama) and is probably in the Lakewood, Colorado area.
It is urgent Larry be located as he is on medications that he must have each day. Larry also is without his eye glasses, clothes and any other personal possessions. Plus Larry has scheduled appointments with his regular doctors for procedures and/or treatments which the abductors know nothing about. It is urgent that Larry be returned home so that these appointments may be kept.
Larry may have also been transported to any of several states where the abductors have associations including: Atlanta, Georgia, Denver, Colorado; New York City, New York; Palo Alto, California, Pennsylvania or another state.
The abductors//kidnappers may have a drivers licenses from Georgia, New York, Pennsylvania, California or Colorado and may be using documents fraudulently as they have attempted to gain access to military installations to get an ID card for Lawrence C. Lynch, saying they needed this to transport Larry via airplane. Both of the people who abducted/kidnapped Larry have valid passports and they may attempt to obtain a passport for Lawrence C. Lynch to transport him out of the country and to hold Larry for ransom until the Montgomery County Probate Judge grants them guardianship and/or until they gain power and control over Larry's income and/or his mother's income and estate or get money from the liquidation of Larry's mother's estate when she dies. Another possible motive is that the abductors/kidnappers plan to get a large life insurance policy upon Larry, put him on an airplane, take him out of the country and somehow try to cause Larry’s accidental death to collect upon the insurance.
Larry was abducted/kidnapped by force from the home where he lives in Montgomery, Alabama, on Nov. 20, 2003. A police report was filed on this same day to report Larry’s abduction/kidnapping. Larry has lived in Montgomery, Alabama since 1978, where he was well cared for by his mother who is Larry’s legal guardian, and his brother, Terry, who is Larry's medical proxy. It is imperative that Larry be located so he can get the medication he requires daily to sustain his life. Also Larry has scheduled appointments with his regular doctor for much needed examinations and/or surgical procedures which the abductors/kidnappers do not know about.
If you see Larry or know of his whereabouts, please help by notifying the appropriate agencies in Colorado or the state where Larry is observed. If you have any information regarding the location of Lawrence C. Lynch please contact: Terry Lynch or local law enforcement agencies.
Update: Larry was taken from Alabama against his will to Lakewood, Colorado and made a guardian/conservator of hostile relatives who participated in his kidnapping and receive profit and benefit -- over $12,000.00 annually, plus tax deductions. This represents a cruel form of exploitation of a person who has mental retardation. The courts, lawyers and judges who participated in this process probably had no true knowledge of Larry's kidnapping or history of beating and bulling that his siblings suffered until they were adults. Certainly no one bothered to make inquiry in these regards.
Anyone who knows Larry or who has had contact with Larry should contact Colorado's Health and Human Services agency or other appropriate authorities. Larry's kidnapping and exploitation represents a crime in progress against a person who has mental retardation and cannot speak for himself in these regards and is easily manipulated and exploited. As long as Larry remains under the power and control of those who kidnapped him, this crime continues. Those who have been involved with Larry should also know that Carl Gregory Lynch, his eldest brother, beat and bullied all his siblings from the day they were born until they were teenagers and adults. This person may also have a serious alcohol and/or substance abuse problem which can result in his losing his temper and may cause hurt, harm or injury to others who he has power and control over. It was for these reasons and concerns that Larry's mother never wanted Carl Gregory Lynch to have anything to do with Larry's care should she ever become incapacitated. A mother simply would NEVER give her most dear son to someone which a life long history of beating and bullying his siblings, horrible behavior which should have disqualified him as a guardian/conservator by any court in the nation.
Given that this knowledge was no doubt kept from the court in Colorado, and certainly constitutes a form of lying, deceit, manipulation and exploitation for profit of a person who has mental retardation, it should be evident to all that Greg's behavior, that of a bully who seeks power, control and profit, has not changed. Larry may therefore be regarded as an exploited person and all who are involved with Larry's exploitation should be regarded as kidnappers and criminals. This may also be regarded as a form of fraud against the Federal Government, given Larry's income comes from the Veteran's Administration and Social Security benefits. Also any tax deductions being received related to Larry would be a form of fraud against the IRS, given Larry was kidnapped and the Courts in Colorado had no way of knowing Larry's history as his youngest brother who had been long involved with his care, was not consulted in these regards.
Everyone who becomes aware of this is asked to help Larry. Write to mental health officials, agencies and authorities in Colorado and ask them to intervene to help Larry. (See list of agencies to help contact below) Contact the Colorado Health and Human Services agencies in the Denver/Lakewood area and ask them to fully investigate how Larry has been exploited.

Larry Lynch is my dear brother; he has mental retardation. Larry was kidnapped from his home in Alabama and taken to Lakewood, Colorado, by hostile relatives who benefit from his financial exploitation. I am asking everyone who is interested in helping people who have mental retardation to please come to Larry's aid and help him. It is not right or just to permit people with mental retardation to be exploited for profit, even by their relatives.
This is particularly bad in Larry's case, as his dear mother had made plans for him to be cared for by his most loved younger brother, Terry Lynch, who is a perfectly capable, responsibe person. However, Carl Gregory Lynch did not like this arrangement and took it upon himself to kidnap Larry, wisk him off to Colorado, get power and control over Larry via applying to be guardian/conservator in Colorado, and then benefiting from the receipt of federal monies which Larry gets via Social Security and the VA. This is exploitation, pure and simple, of a person who has mental retardation.
Larry has a life-long history of mental retardation. I have been personally involved in Larry's care my entire life. As children I was the one who would always stand up for Larry when other children would make fun of him at school or on the playground. In later life I sacrifised greatly for Larry, attending to his care and needs, helping my dear mother who was burdened with caring for Larry as an adult. I was appointed by my dear mother to be Larry's proxy to provide all health and other care which I did for some twenty years before my dear mother's illness and own incapacity. This included arranging all health and medical treatment for Larry under the care of expert doctors.
Larry was abducted and kidnapped by Carl Gregory Lynch in cohort with his daughter, Sharon L. Crenson, on Nov. 20, 2003, from his home in Montgomery, Alabama, the day after La Faye S. Lynch was diagnosed to have dementia. This was done while Terry and Larry were preparing to go see a lawyer and have documents drawn up to file for guardian/conservator with respect to Larry. After kidnapping Larry and taking him out-of-state, Greg then tried to have his brother, Terry Lynch, (the person who is making this report and appeal) committed on trumped up charges (this can be done any Alabama and any states simply by asking for a judge to sign the required order). This fraud upon the court had the effect of causing defamation of Terry Lynch's character. Judge Reese McKinney, Jr., was the same judge who was involved in this fiasco. Talk about corruption, you can't get much more corrupt than this because the same judge who signed documents to have Terry Lynch arrested and evaluated for commitment later sat on the bench to determine who would be guardian/conservator of La Faye S. Lynch.
Because of what happened Larry Lynch is being exploited in Colorado; he is a dependent, has mental retardation and was in the good care of Terry Lynch at the time of his kidnapping. After kidnapping Larry and taking him to Colorado, Greg Lynch had himself and his wife, Patricia, appointed Larry's guardian/conservator. Larry had never lived in Colorado before and was a life-long resident of the state of Alabama. The court in Colorado was not provides with full, complete and accurate information with respect to application for guardian/conservator of Larry Lynch; hence, fraud upon the court may have occurred.
Because of how this was done, kidnapping Larry, lying to courts and authorities in Alabama and Colorado, a great crime of exploitation has been committed. Everyone who learns of this crime is urged to contact authorities in Colorado and make an appeal in Larry's behalf such that: Larry be picked up immediately and removed from the home of Carl Gregory Lynch; and that a new guardian/conservator be appointed for Larry Lynch.
Larry is being held at the home of Carl Gregory Lynch at 10131 West Asbury Ave., Lakewood, CO 80227. Interested parties are urged to contact authorities that a complete investigation of Larry's situation may be made and, if warranted, to pick up Carl Gregor Lynch and have his sanity evaluated through the Department of Human Services and mental health workers, given the following reasons: Carl Gregory Lynch has a long history of bullying/beating/battering his siblings and outbursts of bad temper indicative of boarder line personality disorder; he has a long history of using alcohol to excess indicative of addiction and substance abuse which may be injurious to his health and to the health of those in his care and/or in his home or within his presence; and, he is guilty of exploitation of mentally incapacitated persons, including a brother, Larry, who has mental retardation and a mother who has dementia; plus, said exploitation may involve various forms of fraud against individuals, upon the court and upon various agencies of the federal government which provide benefits to persons who are incapacitated, indicative of criminal conduct -- all behaviors which are indicative of boarder line behavior disorder which, when done, may cause hurt and harm to other people.
No court should ever have awarded guardian/conservator of Larry Lynch to anyone with such a horrible record of behavior, temperament and exploitive conduct; said court obviously was not given complete, full, accurate and honest information with respect to application for the guardian/conservator of Larry Lynch and failure to make complete and accurate disclosure in this regard may constitute fraud upon the Court in Colorado.
I am asking everyone who is outraged to learn about how Larry has been exploited to please help in whatever way you can. Please write to authorities in Colorado. Ask that they fully investigate Larry's situation and take action to remove Larry from the care of his hostile, exploitive brother, Carl Gregory Lynch, and assign a new guardian/conservator for Larry, someone who will not benefit financially from the exploitation of Larry.
