These songs were inspired by John Denver. I have written many songs and am interested in collaborating with talented musicians to produce and market an original CD. If you help with this project you may share in the profits. I need talented individuals who can sing and play instruments. Please review the songs/lyrics posted on this site. If you like the songs, please produce a video and/or .mp3 type music file of you singing the song. You may write your own music. The lyrics can suggest the tune inside your mind if you use your imagination to sound the words.
Please post your video singing these songs on You Tube and send me notice so that I may review your video. Thank you! If I like your interpuitation I'll be contacting you to help collaborate on the production of a CD. The first production will be an amateur production. If it does well a more professional production may be produced in the future.
If you want to learn more about me and discover more of my songs explore GoneViral69. I have numerous videos posted on You Tube some of which present poem songs and/or lyrics. I am seeking talented singers/musicians to help produce songs. My goal is to produce a CD of original songs written by me. I've already got plenty of song/lyrics. I just need the help of talented muscians and singers, of anyone who likes these songs and wants to help produce a musical CD.
Hopefully this project will prove profitable for everyone involved. You will get full credit for your contributions. I don't know yet if this will be profitable, but if it is I'll share fairly with everyone who helps. Thanks for your interest and contributions!
The following original songs were written by me. If you are a talented muscian/singer, please help by making a video of you singing these songs. Post it on YouTube and notify me. Thank you.
Rainbow on the horizon
That's where I've gone,
Rainbow on the horizon,
That's where I'll be.
If I die before my time
Cast my ashes to the wind
If I die flying high
Sing a song, not a lament, but a love song.
Add your tears to the rain
Help a friend, hug 'n' kiss a child
Do some good for homeless folk
Save the whale, the eagle and gazelle.
Don't cry for me, there's too much living to do
Smile knowing you can make dreams come true
The world's a better place
Your having been here to enrich it.
With your love you've made a difference
Songs sung from the heart always do
Each droplet of love a tear after the storm
Turned rainbow on the horizon by your melody, the sun.
If I die before my time
Sing a song that makes you cry
Tears of heart break in your eyes
To wash away the heavy hurt
And bring a rainbow to your soul.
Rainbow on the horizon
That's where I've gone,
Rainbow on the horizon,
That's where I'll be.
If I die before my time
Sing a love song for me,
Sing a love song for me... (fade out)

Rainbow on the Horizon song was written within a day after John Denver died. In a vision John Denver came to me walking along the shore of Monterey Bay. He gave me a plastic coke bottle which contained a rolled up piece of paper. I opened the paper and read:
"This is my last song. I wrote it while flying and put it in a bottle that should one day I not come home, my last song might reach the shore of saddened ears and be sung by millions to wash away the tears. But God only knows, things don't always turn out like you plan. The bottle sank to the bottom of the sea. So I'm giving it to you. Oh God, no one will believe this. But then stranger things have happened! So just write down what I'm singing and give it to the world."
Then John Denver sang Rainbow on the Horizon. The words stuck in my mind, his voice as clear as a morning lark calling from afar.
After having this vision I wrote down Rainbow on the Horizon and placed the song upon the internet as a tribute to John Denver. No melody accompanies the lyrics but a melody is suggested by the sound of the words. Inside my mind I can still hear John Denver singing Rainbow on the Horizon. But I believe he purposefully did not record the song while he lived because he wanted it to be one million's of people could sing and adopt to fit their own styles.
Anyone who wishes to sing Rainbow on the Horizon is invited to compose a melody and/or make a music video. I am interesed in producing an original CD of my original songs many of which were inspired by JD. If you want to help in this production you will get credit and may be able to share in any eventual profits. However, I'm not doing this primarily for this money. This is an Art for Art's sake production and I'm most interested in working with talented artist who what to put their heart and soul into their work. If we make a profit in the process, so be it, if not, oh well, so it goes.
I am interested in collaborating with talented musicians/singers to produce a CD of my original songs. Please review these songs and make a music video. Post your production on YouTube and send me the link for review. I'm want to get enough material to make a music CD and/or video production. You will get full credit for your help and if it eventually proves profitable I'll share the profits with you. Thanks for your help.
