Bull dog tied outside to wood shed and left unattended for days at a time during record breaking cold winter weather. Lacking an adequate animal control ordinance, animal control officer and/or animal shelter many cities and counties in Mississippi are not able to deal with such issues as abuse, neglect or cruelty to animals.

Please help me! I don't know what I did wrong. I was tied up in the backyard to a shed as if left for dead. I have been left alone for days at a time to a short lead day and night in below freezing weather. I have run out of food and water and must lay in my own feces. I surely thought I was going to die when my food and water ran out. But somehow I am managing to stay alive.

Please help me! I am one of the many neglected and abused dogs that suffer because no one loves them. I am not a bad dog. I don't know why I was tied to this wooden shed and left for dead. Won't someone please help me!

Please, please have a heart and help me! Good Shepherd Dog Animal Rescue is working to save homeless animals and to raise awareness about neglected and abused animals.
