SUBJECT: Iraq killers bring shame to themselves

Every time a US soldier is killed by a Muslim in Iraq it is a disgrace to Allah and Mohammed, as well as to the family and name of the terrorist who did the killing.

This is because US soldiers are in Iraq, having liberated an oppressed people from a brutal dictator and regime of murdering thugs who themselves brought shame to an Arab nation. The sooner the people of Iraq realize that their own God, Allah, will look down upon them and prohibit their entry into heaven, then the sooner killings of Americans will stop.

The Unites States should continue to occupy Iraq until the last vestiges of Saddam Hussein's corrupt regime are rooted out of their holes and brought to justice. In the process we must work to rebuild the nation and bring a representative government to the people of Iraq.

One of the greatest contributions we can make to peace in the region is to give the people of Iraq a new constitution, one that insures freedom of religion, press, speech and the right for all people to assemble. Only when the people of Iraq have a new constitution based upon freedom and a representative government will they be truly liberated from the oppression which has enslaved them in the past.

Part of our effort to bring liberty to the people of Iraq should be a campaign which denounces killing of Americans as being a crime against Allah and Mohammed, for once the people of Iraq believe that their own God favors our just cause as being in their best interest, then they will support our presence in Iraq. This will then lead to the rapid demise of all anti-American activities, the rooting out of the last terrorists and the establishment of self rule and representative government in Iraq.

Is this too much to hope for? I think not, as basically the people of Iraq are a good people. It is the few among them who have gone against the teaching of Mohammed as expressed in the Koran and against their own God, Allah, who have brought their nation to ruin and shame. Once this is expressed and realized, change will come to Iraq, and its people will praise Allah and America in one and the same voice, for their liberation.

Sincerely,
Terry Lynch
