The elder care system in Montgomery, Alabama is broken. Elderly are being exploited by a corrupt system which involves judges, lawyers and nursing home administrators. As a result this corrupt system takes power and control away from the elderly and their families and essentially robs them of their income, assets, property -- even their homes! This process destroys families, is an injustice and should be rectified that each person be allowed to specify, designate and appoint their own guardian/conservator. I have used puppetry for dramitic effect to entertain while discussing what is a very critical issue. Enjoy!

Help defeat and ditch Reese McKinney Jr., Probate Court Judge of Montgomery County, Alabama. Restore justice to the Montgomery County Probate Court! Send a message loud and clear that it is not acceptable to warehouse elderly citizens nor to attempt to censor and silence advocates for the elderly and helpless by using the power of the court to destroy families.
If the expressed wishes and desires of one elderly woman can be raped and violated by a Probate Court Judge, than no man nor woman is free in the State of Alabama! If the rights, freedom and privacy of one man can be denied and violated, raped and ravished by a corrupt, greedy and blind judge, then no man is free in the State of Alabama!
If what Reese McKinney did to me and my dear mother can be done to any man or woman in Alabama, then there is no freedom, no liberty and no justice in Alabama! This is why I say that Reese McKinney, Jr. has no more business being a Probate County Judge than Satan has being king of Heaven! This man hurts and harms people! His decisions harm and destroy lives and families! He should be ousted from public office and thrown into the dumpster of damnation!
I have read and reviewed Reese McKinney's qualifications for office and what I see is a masque of deception. Although he is presented to the public as a family man with a great deal of qualifications and experience, no mention is made of the fact of how his decisions have hurt, harmed and destroyed lives and families. People need to be made aware of this fact! Reese McKinney Jr. has taken LOVE out of the equation and therefore his rulings are without God, without justice and are akin to plucking out the eye of justice and heart of humanity!
Shame upon Reese McKinney Jr. and anyone who is foolish and ignorant enough to vote for this man who has thrown out LOVE and God from his ministry of justice. I urge all citizens to vote DEMOCRAT and ditch Reese McKinney Jr. on Nov. 7th! This man has already destroyed my dear mother's family with his insensitive, blind justice that considers neither LOVE nor God! Let him not have the power to do further hurt or harm to any other man, woman or child in Alabama!
