AOL Foundation Purposes and Goals

The Angel of Life Foundation has been established to help educate and inform people about mosquitoes, the diseases they transmit and their control. Through motivation and stimulation of people everywhere, the AOL Foundation endeavors reduce the numbers of people worldwide infected by diseases which mosquitoes transmit, such that fewer serious illnesses and deaths occur over time. Through education and motivation with respect to research, development and eradication of mosquitoes and the diseases they transmit lives can be saved and the health of people vastly improved.

Future Goals, Projects & Work The Angel of Life Foundation is organized for the following purposes: Increase pubic awareness about mosquitoes and diseases transmitted by mosquitoes and other insects; to help save the children of the world who are infected by mosquito borne disease; to generally support and promote all work which aids children, their health, education and welfare Educate and inform the public about mosquitoes, mosquito (and insect) borne diseases through production of articles, reports, letters, photographs, graphic designs, broadcasts, video, multi-media presentations, lectures, workshops, web sites and other forms of communication and advertising Help teach and train people and communities about mosquitoes, mosquito borne diseases and how to reduce the number of infections and deaths from diseases transmitted by mosquitoes; including both to humans and animals; to foster education as relates to entomology, in general, and infectious diseases transmitted by insects, specifically To conduct, support and/or foster research and development as relates to mosquitoes (and insects) and diseases borne by mosquitoes and other insects, their conventional control, biological control or control through application of new science and technology To build and construct schools, laboratories, research centers, field stations, mobile laboratories or engage in other projects related to entomology, pest management, biological control and diseases transmitted by insects To foster the general education of entomology at all levels of schooling To create and/or sponsor scholarships as relates to entomology, biological control, insect borne diseases, pest management and related areas of education and scholarship To generally promote and foster the health, education and welfare of all people, worldwide, as relates to diseases transmitted by mosquitoes and other insects; to promote and foster the health, education and welfare of children and all endeavors which aid children, including but not limited to unborn children To conduct all activities, business and enterprise as may help promote, foster or achieve these goals All funds will be used to support the purposes of the Angel of Life Foundation; to promote the health, education and welfare of people around the world, to distribute information and material as is related to the goals cited, and to do all forms of work related directly to mosquitoes and other insects, how they transmit disease and how they may be managed, controlled and/or eradicated to reduce the number of infectious diseases transmitted by mosquitoes and other insects and reduce the number of deaths due to insect borne diseases.
