The reason the "Angel of Death" page is used is that it is the common name for female mosquitoes which transmits disease and the logo of the Angel of Life Foundation is the Angel of Death, AKA, a mosquito, with the "NO" symbol superimposed over it. This is symbolic of the effort to wage an informational and educational campaign against mosquito borne disease.
